Keyword matching fixes
Short keywords such as "ai" now match the right jobs, and a keyword can no longer be both included and excluded.
No conflicting keywords
A watch profile can no longer list the same word as both a keyword and an excluded keyword, which used to stop it from matching anything.
"ai" finds AI jobs
Short keywords such as "ai" now match jobs tagged with AI skills.
